I was quite curious about the fish noodles.
The semi-translucent wide noodles are very different from the fish noodles I've had before.
But they're quite delicious and very chewy.

What surprised me the most was the fish dumplings.
So far, they are the best I've eaten, ranked as number one.
They look plain,
but the layers of seasoning are rich.
A bit salty, but just right for me.
After finishing, there's a lingering flavor in the mouth.
The owner said it's fish wrapped in fish, so it's a bit chewy.
