Today I’m going to share the breakfast restaurant I’ve eaten in since high school~
The strength of Mingxin Black Tea is the powdered egg cake
There are actually quite a few restaurants in Hualien that specialize in powdered egg pancakes.

The skin is not too thick and tastes pretty good.
I personally recommend the fried rice balls and challah bread
The combination every time I come is original egg cake + oily rice ball + large cup of black tea
