The noodle shop is located in a residential area within an alley. The bus stop and the interior colors resembling the blue sky are easily noticeable. The shop environment is very clean and cozy, and the noodle soup looks just like it does in the photos. It has a great texture and chewiness, and the flavors are well paired! Both the soup noodles and dry noodles are highly recommended. The stir-fried braised dishes are my favorite, the hot and sour soup is a must-try, and the pork lard rice is super delicious.
