Yongkang Jian Guo is a local snack shop. As for Jian Guo, I’m not quite sure how to describe it; I feel it’s somewhat similar to the skin of a meatball, and you still get a big bowl with a lot of sauce poured on top. However, I usually arrive at this shop after 12 o'clock. At least during this meal, as soon as I walked in, the owner stated that only cold noodles were left. I’ve actually encountered this situation many times, and I often miss out on Jian Guo.

What’s strange is that on one or two occasions, when I first entered and the owner said there were no Jian Guo left, I still sat down to eat fried rice or cold noodles, but then a few customers came in after me, and suddenly there were Jian Guo available for sale again. I don’t know why that happens, but it can be quite annoying.

Although I couldn’t eat it this time, I can still share that if you enjoy eating meatballs, then you might also like Jian Guo. Especially since it can be paired with the shop's chili oil, which has a pretty good flavor.

As for the cold noodles, they’re actually quite ordinary, but it’s really comfortable to have a clean, bright shop where you can sit and enjoy cold noodles, especially during the hot summer. Additionally, I should mention that the shop provides a phone holder, allowing you to enjoy your meal while watching shows on your phone, which is quite considerate.
