The founding store of Ding Ge Tea is not in the familiar Taichung, Tainan, Taipei, etc. It is actually a chain store that originated in Taitung.
After establishing a foothold in Taitung, it quickly spread its branches. Hualien, also in the east, is also one of the main bases of operations.
What I enjoyed today was Luye Red Oolong in a bottle or cup and brown sugar pudding milk, totaling 145 yuan.
Luye Red Oolong:
Luye Red Oolong original tea naturally comes from Taitung, the place where it was first produced.
Ding Ge’s Luye Red Oolong is divided into two types: regular and cold brew, while the Donghua store only sells the regular version.
The difference between the two versions is that the regular version does not provide tea bags that can be brewed again.
But the red oolong still has a thick taste, with a strong fruity aroma, and it tastes quite smooth.
Brown sugar pudding with fresh milk:
This is a whim choice. The rich milk flavor and pudding can be said to be a perfect match.
However, this item is only sold in medium cups, so it will inevitably taste a bit unsatisfying.
Overall, it's a good drink shop.
Compared with many mainstream drinks today, it has a relatively affordable price and is delicious beyond the price range.
