This café should be filled with people when the weather is nice! It is perfectly aligned with Mount Fuji!
When I went inside, there weren't too many diners, and the staff's English skills were just average, so they might need to rely on translation software for communication. The employees weren't very smiley either, and the food didn't have anything particularly special about it! The main appeal is having a cup of coffee by the window and enjoying the view when the weather is nice, which feels pretty good!

Overall, I think if the weather is nice and you want to take a break, you could buy a cup of coffee and sit by the window. This café also offers bike rentals if you want to ride around the area, which would be a good option. Otherwise, I might prefer to explore the nearby area instead of going into this café to buy something!
