☕️ TEN THOUSAND Linkou Chang Geng Store ☕️
A specialty coffee brand from New York, operated by a Korean owner, has many branches around the world, including Taiwan, of course. Starting from the very first store in Breeze Nanshan, many others have opened one after another. This time it finally opened in Linkou, and I had known about it for a while. As soon as it had its soft opening, I rushed over to buy some. 🏃 There’s a large open space outside for parking. 🚗 If you need to park, I suggest going early because there aren’t many parking spots, and they fill up quickly!
For those taking public transportation, it’s a 9-minute walk from the airport MRT station, or you can take the bus and get off at the Medical Building; it’s just a 1-minute walk from there!
The interior space of the store is quite large and I think there are a good number of seats available, accommodating quite a few people. When I arrived, there were still many seats available until I finished eating. However, ordering and waiting for food might take some extra time. 👊 The entire space is designed in a minimalistic way, making it very comfortable and suitable for just hanging out.
This time I ordered:
▫️ Tiramisu Croissant $150
The croissant was incredibly delicious! You can squeeze coffee sauce into the croissant for a different flavor, balancing out the bitterness of the coffee.
▫️ Pistachio Cream Croissant $190
Surprisingly, the pistachio pairs well with the croissant—super loved it!
▫️ Black Sesame Latte $190
The black sesame was on the sweeter side, and the mochi was also tasty—perfectly balanced with the coffee, so it wasn’t too bitter.
▫️ Latte Coffee 16oz $170
I personally found the coffee a bit on the bitter side.
