A very authentic Shaanxi noodle restaurant, especially the steamed bun series~. You need to break the cake yourself, break it into pieces as big as peanuts, and then take them back to cook. It was very interesting to participate in the making process haha. The sweet and refreshing soup is great.
The roujiamo and side dishes are also very good.
The soups are mainly stewed and braised. This time I tried the braised braised rice first, it was a thick type, slightly spicy and refreshing, and the noodles were particularly chewy!
