🍲 Kaohsiung Qianjin ▪️ Around Jianguo Elementary School
🍲 A classic delicious hot pot with brand new decor
That day, it was raining quite heavily outside 🌧️
My partner and I walked around randomly looking for a restaurant to take shelter from the rain and have a meal.
We unexpectedly discovered a traditional hot pot restaurant.
The newly decorated entrance looked particularly clean and tidy,
which immediately attracted us to go in and try it.
As soon as we entered, the hot pot was placed on the induction cooker.
The broth was very simple, and there was no need to choose - it was all the original clear broth.
This setup made the entire dining experience relaxed and easy.
We only needed to choose our preferred meat to enjoy our meal.
The vegetable platter was also served, and it looked very abundant 🥬
Later, I heard that if you don’t like hot pot ingredients,
you can swap them for more vegetables.
This is excellent for friends who love vegetables or are on a low-carb diet. 👍🏻
I've recently been a bit bored with barbecues,
and I wasn't really interested in chicken, pork, beef, lamb, or seafood at the moment.
So I chose duck, which I eat less often on weekdays 🦆.
Both the meat and the vegetables were quite fresh,
and with the light broth, I could enjoy the original fresh sweetness of the ingredients.
It was completely satisfying and didn’t disappoint at all ❤️.
What impressed me even more was
that the staff were always very attentive, watching from nearby.
They occasionally came over to ask if we needed more broth or if they could clear our plates.
The friendly and warm service
added a touch of warmth to our dining experience on this rainy day. 🔥
If I want to eat light hot pot again next time,
I think this restaurant will definitely be one of my top choices. ✨
(I’ll recommend it to my family as soon as I get home.)
