This bakery and pastry shop has been my go-to shop since I was a kid. The store is clean and tidy and sells a wide variety of items, whether it’s all kinds of bread, cakes for gifts, birthday cakes, small desserts, or even recently The very popular Thousand Layer Egg Tarts are also on sale. Moreover, the proprietress of this store is very enthusiastic and likes to chat with customers. 🤣
But the item we always buy is their "sandwich". Their sandwich is very special. The ingredients inside are very simple, only two pieces of eggs, a piece of cheese and mayonnaise, but they are really delicious. The egg inside is not an omelette or a hard-boiled egg, but is very similar to a dense and solid steamed egg. However, it feels like milk is added to the steamed egg, which makes it taste very smooth. Take a big bite and pair it with the milky aroma and a little bit of cheese. The sour taste and sweetness of mayonnaise make people feel very happy when eaten for breakfast. In addition to the cheese sandwiched in the middle, there is another flavor with ham sandwiched in the middle, but I personally recommend the cheese flavor.
Our family also likes their bread and chiffon cake. The chiffon cake will turn into the texture of ice cream after freezing. Whether it is a sandwich or other items, it is very suitable for summer!
