🔱 Amao Noodle House 🔱
A small noodle shop is located next to Baolong Plaza in Lingang, Shanghai. After a colleague brought him to eat once, he became a regular customer.
It's a local noodle shop.
Their noodles include mixed noodles and soup noodles. I always choose the mixed noodles, and the mixed noodles come with a bowl of soup. There are also many cold drinks to choose from in the refrigerator next to it.
Their toppings (the kind you put on top) include freshly fried ones, such as pork liver, pork intestine, eel, etc. Very fragrant and delicious.
But today we arrived late, so there were no fried dishes available, so I chose Fengrou (pork belly) noodles.
The pork belly itself is very solid, and there is some fat, but not much. It tastes just right and is not too greasy.
There is also chili oil on the side. Friends who like spicy food can add some for a better flavor.
My colleague chose minced pork noodle soup (pictured)
Since I haven't eaten it, I can't comment. . .
All I can say is that we often eat here at noon. The taste is definitely good and it is considered a great value for money.
