I feel like this will be a once-in-a-lifetime Michelin restaurant tour in Bangkok
Restaurants arranged for traveling to Bangkok to celebrate big festivals
Probably won't visit again, but had a great experience!
Maybe it was because it was close to Christmas and New Year's Eve, so it was just a set per person. It felt like I was just looking through the menu and there was nothing to choose from.
From appetizers, soups, main meals, and desserts, I feel like I’m really savoring the chef’s creativity, which combines fresh and high-quality ingredients with Thai elements. You can see Thai influences in every dish😻
The menu is all written in English. I checked what I was eating while I was eating. The more I ate, the more I checked, the more I thought about it. I felt that the food was very thoughtful and exquisite!

The store staff are super friendly and very warm when helping to celebrate birthdays. I feel very welcome ~
We were also treated to sparkling white wine and finally gave us exquisite Japanese mint candies.
He also took us to the beautiful traditional palace decoration on the second floor to take photos 😂

The oysters have Thai spicy and sour sauce, lemon fish sauce and lemongrass seasoning, and garlic crisps. It’s really super delicious in one bite! complement each other ~
Spanish red shrimp? Forgot 😂 There are crispy fried leaves underneath with special red and yellow mustard sauce
Fried Hokkaido scallops + fish roe, nothing to say There is also a layer of Thai-style lettuce salad underneath.
This is king crab slices + salted egg yolk sauce
Like a garden dish There is a duck breast slice in the center, surrounded by pan-fried foie gras + caviar (rich and explosive) There are crisps, small fish, a lot of Thai-style salads and guava at the bottom. I’m not sure what they are in detail, but they’re so special! very delicious! Eat it with shrimp cakes and cucumbers. It's very refreshing and not greasy.
Seafood soup uses the principle of siphon coffee to perform! ! The soup below is heated, the liquid rushes upward, and various vegetables and spices are placed on top The hot soup soaks those condiments and finally falls off!
Add to soup plate with sliced octopus legs into a complete soup
Main meal Wagyu steak & super delicious grouper with red coffee The combination of vegetables in the middle is also great Actually super full! !
Thai milk ice cream (smoothie texture) Below are the chocolate chips. They are so delicious that I want to buy a big bucket to take away⋯⋯ Paired with milk pudding and fresh fruit⋯Fine carvings😂🤭
Extra Chocolate Cake for Birthday Celebrations

Nourish Thai
ThaiNew York
Nourish Thai is a popular restaurant with good food and a pleasant atmosphere. We like sitting outdoors when we bring our dog and the indoor space is bright and flowery. We ordered the Pad See Ew with chicken as lunch special and a Bamee Moo Dang Poo (egg noodle with pork and crab) which I tried out of curiosity. I wasn't so excited about it and had plenty of shells in the crab meat, and in general was on the bland side. The Pad See Ew was great and is consistently good so that was nice. With lunch special it has good value too giving you an appetizer and a soup which we also liked. Great place for Thai that's near us, so we're happy to come here.

🍗 Nameless Chx Thai Noodle Stall 🍜
ThaiKrung Thep Maha Nakhon
💛 Affordable local street food 😻 US$1.25 for a super scrumptious giant bowl of double-drumstick thai boat noodle in deliciously medicinal lemongrass herbal broth of wonderful richness that definitely could make every picky foodie drool — not to mention that their customer service is immaculately excellent up to the worldwide standards of most so-called 5-star Michelin’s ostentatious dining places; humble, down to earth & most importantly, they respect and show genuine love to and for the food they diligently harvest, urbanely prepare and joyfully cherish. An easy 5 Stars here, undoubtedly no further explanation is ever needed 🤩 wysiwyg, as simple and loving as that 🍗🍗 much love x infinity!! More Power to them, please keep supporting great food and hope they could continue to build a fantastic restaurant 🦾💪🏿💪🏾💪🏽💪🏻

The Original Boat Noodle Subang Bestari
ThaiShah Alam
A chain of the popular thai boat noodle, known for its small noodle dishes aka boat noodles and its many side dishes. Parking is relatively easy to find, though it may be different on weekdays as the help university is nexr door. The shop is clean with some outdoor seating available. Though i am not a fan of the dated table and chairs. The half chair half stool combination doesnt go well as some customers may prefer proper chairs instead of stools. The place is manned by a small crew of staff which is fine with the set up of the shop. You order on a piece of paper and pass it to the staff. Food came quick. The pathumthani had a sweet taste to it, while the ayyuthaya had a more herbal taste to it. The Khao Soi was creamy coconut curry with some spice to it. All bowls come with a choice of noodles and meat. Portion size was fine for the cheap price as you get the chance to sample the different noodles. I like the spicy creamy taste of the Khao Soi and the sweetness of the pathumthani; while the ayyuthaya was just ok for me. The crispy kangkung tempura was very good. It came with a dipping sauce that complements it well. The taro milk tea was abit sweet but i was looking forward to it. Overall, its not a wow place with super authentic thai taste, but a decent place for a meal with affordable prices and many small dishes to choose from. Will be back here when the cravings for thai boat noodles hit.
