🥖Foodie Chubby🥖 Eating and drinking in Taichung 🍰🍹

Thanks to Fooday for providing a platform that allows me to eat and earn at the same time 🤣🤣

This evening, it was pouring rain again, which made finding food more challenging. Fortunately, a new noodle restaurant opened near my home, "Riverside Noodle House," a name full of a martial arts vibe. It saved me from worrying about what to eat tonight!
The restaurant is very simple and rustic, without any special decorations, and the space is quite spacious. They mainly sell noodle dishes, with the addition of sashimi and angelica soup, which is a rather unique combination.
Not long after I was seated, my meal arrived; the service was very quick! Next, let's dive into the tasting section.

🔸️ Dry Mixed Noodles (Large) $60 The noodles are regular plain noodles, and after being topped with our homemade minced pork sauce, it becomes a bowl of humble delicacy! After mixing it well, I took a big bite. The noodles are smooth, chewy, and have a nice bounce, but the flavor of the minced pork sauce is a bit lacking, and it leans towards a slightly bland taste. By the end, it feels a bit greasy overall, which is somewhat disappointing!

🔸️ Fried Bean Curd Balls $20 Fried to a golden crisp, every bite is filled with a satisfying crunch! The boss drizzles a little sauce and sprinkles green onions on top, which adds a simple yet delicious flavor! This plate is a winner!

🔸️ Angelica Soup $40 When served, the strong aroma of Chinese herbs wafted in the air, and the scent of angelica was quite rich! I took a sip of the soup; it had a warm and smooth texture with a hint of sweetness. The fragrance of the herbs was very prominent, and it was quite delicious! 😋

🔸️ Wonton Soup $40 There are about 7 to 8 wontons in the soup, which is quite a generous portion. The broth is smooth and tasty, though it leans slightly toward being salty! The meat filling in the wontons is decent; it consists of ground meat, but it doesn't feel mushy or have any unpleasant odor! The wonton skin is also good, not excessively soft!
