🎉Hsinchu Old House Literary Coffee Shop🎉
🎉Hidden Courtyard Inside an Old House🎉
23COFFEE ROASTERS is a newly born café in Hsinchu City, located in a two-story old house at the corner of the street. The second floor retains a courtyard that allows sunlight to shine in, creating a very beautiful atmosphere. 👏 In the afternoon, many people come here to read and drink coffee; it's a popular coffee shop in Hsinchu City‼️
The interior features a minimalist design with concrete floors paired with wooden tables and chairs, making it feel comfortable and clean. ☺️
Costa Rican Hand-Pour Coffee: (NT$200)
This coffee has a higher acidity and a stronger bitterness. 😂 I'm not very knowledgeable about coffee, but if you like acidity and bitterness, you might want to give it a try. 😁
Caramel Salt Cappuccino: (NT$170)
Homemade caramel and toffee provide a sweet, aromatic flavor, complemented by Himalayan salt, resulting in a delightful interplay of salty and sweet that emphasizes the coffee aroma. 😋
Ice Cream Tiramisu: (NT$180)
Made with Valrhona chocolate, pure mascarpone, eggs, liquor, and concentrated coffee. 😋 The top layer is decorated with handmade cream cookies. 👍 It has a strong liquor flavor that appeals to adults, and the crispy cookies paired with the ice cream-like cream are incredibly delicious. 😘 The texture is distinctly different from regular fluffy tiramisu. 🤩
Peach Organic Red Oolong Ganaache Chiffon: (NT$350)
(Seasonal Item)
The red oolong chiffon cake is moist and flavorful, not dry at all, with a rich tea aroma, paired with a whole seasonal peach 🍑 that is sweet and delicious. The peach is pitted, making it very convenient to eat. 😘
In summary:
It truly lives up to its reputation as a popular coffee shop in Hsinchu. Both the care in ingredients and the Japanese-style decor are unique, creating a relaxing atmosphere as soon as you step inside. 🙌🏻 Coming here to daydream or read a book on a hot afternoon is really pleasant. 👍 The free Wi-Fi and power outlets make it ideal for spending an entire afternoon here, and the icing on the cake is that there's no service charge. 👏
