When it first opened, I came to try the green pepper beef fried rice and thought it had a strong wok aroma, with distinct grains, and was delicious. A few days ago, I went again and ordered the fried pork cutlet donburi. The pork cutlet had a very Taiwanese flavor and a crispy outer layer; however, the rice was quite soft, and combined with the broth of the donburi, it made for a mushy texture.
There’s free iced tea available for self-service, and the food comes out quickly, so I would come back if I were in a hurry during lunchtime. The portion sizes are relatively small; I found it just right when I wasn’t very hungry, but it definitely wouldn’t be enough for an average guy, and I didn’t see any options on the menu to add more rice or noodles.
