This restaurant has received a Michelin star, so I'm here to grab some stars💫. They also won a spot in the top 50 restaurants, which makes me feel like I should definitely give it a try. We actually didn't have a reservation at the time, but since it was slightly past lunchtime, when we went there, there were really no customers inside. Luckily, they warmly welcomed us even though they had only half an hour left before their break. The service was very interesting; they joked with us and recommended dishes. At first, the waitress handed us a menu that we completely couldn't understand. As soon as we took out our phones to translate, the owner came out and gave us an English menu, which was very considerate!
As for the meals, we ordered:
❤️ Truffle Pasta
Ever since I had pasta in a small town last time, I've been thinking about having real Italian pasta. This restaurant did not disappoint! The firmness of the pasta was just right, and the truffle flavor was very rich. Although I felt it was a bit dry, the large amount of truffle allowed me to completely overlook the dryness, and every bite had a special creamy flavor. It's definitely a recommended pasta🍝, and the portion was quite sufficient; even two people sharing found it a bit hard to finish!

There were actually three specials, but I really forgot which one this was. It was originally chosen by my friend, but when it was served, it looked so delicious that I ended up sneaking many bites. The texture was very much like hamburger meat, with a lot of juiciness in the center, and the meat was very substantial. I was amazed by the vegetables on the side🥬. I don't know if it was because of the water or the colder weather, but the vegetables here tasted extremely sweet— the kind of sweet flavor that is the true essence of the vegetables🍠 themselves. Even if they were just boiled in water, they still tasted great even without salt! I also highly recommend this dish; it's something many people would try when they come to this place!
Overall, I really recommend this restaurant, but if you plan to come during peak dining hours, it's better to make a reservation in advance. I look forward to everyone trying out other dishes; it seems like no matter what you order, you won't be disappointed! Look forward to everyone's sharing!
