"This is yours, this is mine, San Shang Qiao Fu~"
This line is likely familiar to everyone.
Since the past, San Shang Qiao Fu has always been my favorite restaurant.
The dining environment is comfortable,
the serving speed is fast,
and the food is delicious.
Pickled cabbage is available for self-service.
These few points are the reasons I've loved coming here since I was a child.
As far back as I can remember, beef noodles have been around a hundred dollars,
and now, a bowl costs $155.
The reasons I love it haven't disappeared.
Today, I came to dine using a buy-one-get-one-free voucher for original beef noodles gifted during my birthday month.
One bowl is generally enough for an average person.
For those with larger appetites, there is an option to add extra noodles.
The serving speed is still very quick.
After getting my utensils and pickled cabbage, washing my hands, the meal was already on the table.
The noodles in the beef noodles are a bit like thicker ramen,
with a chewy texture that I really love.
The soup has a deeper color and a rich flavor, but it’s not overly salty or oily.
Paired with pickled cabbage, it's still excellent.
In one bowl, there are about five pieces of beef,
which is a decent portion, and the meat isn’t tough or hard.
For the side dish, I ordered pig ears,
which have a chewier texture,
different from the fresh-cut texture from markets.
It's still good, although I personally prefer it a little softer.
Even though San Shang Qiao Fu has been around for over 30 years,
they still frequently introduce new menu items,
paired with regular promotions for members.
Overall, it's still quite good.
I will continue to return.
