Every time I pass by Nanshijiao Yangchun Noodles, there are always a lot of people.

I went around 5:30 and waited for about 30 minutes. First, I took a number, then waited to be called, directly ordered the noodles, and then selected some side dishes.

Personally, I think the service is very sincere. The aunties are very kind. I only chose dried tofu for my side dish, and the auntie asked me, "Sister, is this the basic option? Don’t you want tofu or braised egg?"

I said, "The basic option is enough."

To cut to the chase:
Personally, I think
the sesame sauce dry rice noodle for $50 is a bit bland, and the sesame sauce's aroma isn’t strong enough.
The dried tofu for $20 is also pretty standard.
The sauce doesn’t stand out in particular.

Maybe next time I’ll order spaghetti
to see if the traditional noodles with sauce will be better.
However, even when eaten alone, it doesn’t have the fragrance of the sesame sauce,
so I might not hold high expectations, QQ.

But there really are a lot of people in line.
