A good find for a late-night snack discovered occasionally.
First of all, every owner gives a very friendly impression.
Secondly, you can feel the care in the details of the meals.
Many breakfast shops with iron plate noodles often end up with too much moisture, making the flavor bland.
They have it just right.
Then there's the satay hot pot noodles; their egg yolks are still runny.
I've had quite a few hot pot noodles where the egg yolks are fully cooked,
so I feel they truly put effort into their cooking.
The hot dogs were initially pan-fried.
I once casually gave a 5-star review on Google and mentioned that they would taste even better if fried.
To my surprise, the next time I went, they really changed it to fried.
The standout is definitely their milk tea.
It's the best breakfast shop milk tea I've had in San Chong; a must-try!
