橋頭大碗牛肉麵

This beef noodle shop seems to have been newly opened recently. It is located less than 50 meters away from my home. I wanted to give it a try and took a look at the menu. Although I think the price is a bit expensive, it has many different dishes. The dishes are available for everyone to choose.

There are three types of noodles to choose from: ramen, wide noodles and thin noodles. Today I ordered the small dry beef brisket noodle, and then the noodle is ramen, with 5 pieces of beef brisket in it. The noodle of the ramen is quite elastic, but compared with It's a pity that 120 yuan only comes with five pieces of beef, some chopped green onions and noodles.

The noodles themselves are quite flavorful when paired with the sauce, which can evenly coat the entire bowl of noodles. It tastes a little salty, but it's acceptable.

The price is a bit high, and the food is not particularly rich, and the taste is not particularly impressive.

However, the internal area is very clean, and there is free lemonade to enjoy. The air-conditioning will be turned on in summer. Anyone who is interested can try it once.
