A friend recommended a very unique breakfast restaurant at the corner of Yong'an Market. Many people lined up early in the morning.
His scallion pancakes are thick and you can eat two layers of dough. The smell of scallions is not very strong, but the added scallions and eggs taste super fragrant. The radish filling of the radish pancakes is very thick and crisp, and you can taste the original flavor of the radish without overpowering it. It will be bitter and would be great with eggs. My friend also ordered soy milk and rice balls. The soy milk has a traditional flavor with a slight burnt taste. The purple rice in the rice balls is very solid and mixed with sesame oil so the filling is very fragrant. I want to try the leek box next time!
