A small shop originally opened on Guangfu Road
I was surprised to find that I had moved to Central Old Street.
The space in the store has become larger
Many of the furnishings show the proprietress’s intentions.
Previously, there was a local Facebook group in Penghu at the market.
I saw the boss lady often sharing "Shrimp Dumplings"
Finally I caught this good opportunity today
Come and taste it in the store

Pure Love is famous for its handmade ice cream made by the landlady.
Desserts are exquisite and not expensive
This time I went to the restaurant for dinner in the evening.
So I ordered salty food to try it out

Shrimp and shrimp dumplings $150
The price is not cheap, there are 10 pieces in one serving
The size is much larger than the dumplings that are gathered in all directions.
One bite and I was amazed!
Full of shrimps and solid minced meat
You can taste the layered texture of shrimp and meat
It also contains some shredded carrots
Personally, I am very afraid of vegetables like carrots

Surprisingly
You can’t taste the vegetable flavor of shredded carrots in the dumplings
Instead, it brings out some sweetness in the dumplings

A dumpling needs to be eaten in two bites
What needs a lot of praise is the "skin" part.
The dumpling skin is thick, a bit like gnocchi and chewy
Although the skin is thick, the skin and fillings are integrated into one
It tastes quite smooth
That skin should be your own👍🏻

You can fully feel the proprietress’s dedication to the cuisine.
Although the asking price of $150 per serving is hefty
But the portion is actually quite enough~
Can save some stomach
