A shop isolated from the world seems like a scene from a movie; outside, there's a raging storm, but because it’s surrounded by woods, there is only the faint sound of wind here. This standalone traditional Japanese building stands here; finding this place is not easy.

The environment is comfortable, bright, and clean; the interior is very warm and inviting. It’s a time-honored local establishment with a simple, clear menu featuring only soba noodles and fried items. The soba noodles are made on the same day, and the operating hours are really short, making it quite impressive.

There are two types of soba noodles to choose from, with different thicknesses and textures. I highly recommend trying the mixed option to experience the different textures. The fried items are made from fresh local seafood and vegetables, which are also worth trying. Finally, there is soba soup to perfectly wrap things up; I really loved it.
