Randomly ran into this place, saw that it had high ratings, and immediately decided to check it out.
There were still many people queuing even after one o'clock, which felt promising. The restaurant has quite a few seats, including a bar area, table seating, and tatami seating.
Okinawa Soba Noodles (Medium Bowl): The pork is very tender and fresh, the noodles are kind of firm with a nice bite, and the broth is slightly salty. It’s also delicious.
Salted Pork Rib Soba Noodles (Medium Bowl): The pork ribs are very tender and have no gamey smell; you don’t need much effort to chew, and the noodles are firm with a good bite. It’s tasty!
Pork Leg Set Meal: About 6 pieces of pork leg, with fried tofu, red/white radish, kelp, and an unfamiliar green vegetable (which I'm not used to), plus a piece that looks like konjac, a bowl of rice that’s perfectly cooked, and a mini bowl of soba noodles. The pork leg is braised until very tender and falls apart easily, also without any pork smell. Personally, I really liked it; it’s so good.
Overall, the pork is really fresh, and you can definitely tell. The portions are quite generous; I thought the medium bowl would be smaller, but it’s actually quite filling.
I personally found it really satisfying.
