For brunch today, I went to the restaurant I built a long time ago, "Doujiao Ge's Early Late Night Supper".
It was my first time to eat here and I ordered the basic "Original Rice Ball" with added spice. Overall, it was normal. The fried dough sticks were crispy enough and the pork floss was OK, but the rice was sticky and not grainy. In addition, the spiciness made people sweat. The spiciness is not that of ordinary fermented bean curd and preserved vegetables. People who like spicy food can give it a try.
The food is okay, but there is one flaw, that is, the clerk and the customers who come to the store are very cold and indifferent, alas!
