The Orange Fortress is located near Aodi Fishing Port in Gongliao District, directly facing Taiwan Highway 2, the only main road along the northern coast.
The number of seafood restaurants around Aodi Fishing Port is not inferior to those in Fulong and Maao, but if you want to have breakfast early in the morning, there are really not many options.
Today, I enjoyed a ham omelette, lemon chicken pancake, and two cups of black tea, totaling 140 NTD.
Ham Omelette:
The omelette skin was handled quite well, and the slightly salty ham combined with the soy sauce paste made for a delicious dish that is quite standard.
Lemon Chicken Pancake:
The refreshing lemon flavor helps to reduce the greasiness of the chicken, and the multi-layered pancake had a very interesting variation in texture.
Black Tea:
A standard black tea, slightly on the sweet side for seasoning, but still a delicious average.
Overall, there are not many breakfast options around Aodi Fishing Port. Although Orange Fortress is quite standard and lacks any obvious features, the flavors are still well maintained. If you're out traveling to the northern coast and looking for a place for breakfast, this could be a choice to consider.
I recommend it to everyone.
