#NorthVietnamHanoi
Come to North Vietnam with a tour group
First meal in Hanoi, North Vietnam
Arranged this Chinese-Vietnamese restaurant
Although it is said to be Sino-Vietnamese
But the food still looks more Chinese-style
The tour guide said that the boss is Chinese
The store is named "Ding Tai Feng"
But it’s completely different from the Din Tai Fung I know😅
The restaurant is a mixed dish type
The food is served super fast as soon as you sit down.
After just a few bites, the whole table was already full.
Some outstanding dishes
⭐️Sweet and sour fish: The shape is very impressive, like a dragon
The fish has also been cut into pieces and is easy to eat. The seasoning is a decent sweet and sour flavor, so it’s not unpleasant to eat.
⭐️Plumb pork: Different from plump pork, its meat is sliced, with oil and lean meat evenly distributed on it. The meat is very tender, salty and delicious
⭐️Clam steamed egg: The whole dish looks cute. The clams have been cut in half and are easy for children to dig with a spoon. This dish is good👍
There were quite a few other dishes, but none of them were too overwhelming.
Generally speaking, they are quite in line with Taiwanese tastes.
The environment is average
The air conditioner is not very cold
I am disgusted that there is no smoking ban in the store.
The rest is fine
