🔹 Beef Noodle Soup $140

  • The broth of this beef noodle soup is on the lighter side, not overly salty or greasy, making it quite smooth to drink. The chunks of beef are plentiful, tender, and without any strong taste. The noodles soak up the soup well. Finishing the whole bowl leaves you feeling quite satisfied.

🔸 Braised Noodle $85

  • The thickness of the braising sauce is just right, with a hint of sour aroma, making it very appetizing (even though it’s noodles, haha). It includes eggs, wood ear mushrooms, and vegetables; there are actually quite a lot of ingredients, and the flavor is very appealing. Getting all this for $85 offers really good value.

🔹 Korean Spicy Noodles $75

  • This bowl looks quite dark when served, but once mixed, there's a good aroma. The sauce has a sweet taste, different from Taiwanese fried sauce noodles, and it's smoother to eat. The noodles have a nice chewy texture, and there’s a good amount of sauce, so every bite is flavorful when mixed well.

🔸 Blanched Vegetables $40

  • Just simple vegetables, but the serving size is generous. After blanching, they are drizzled with garlic soy sauce, simple yet delicious. Ordering this with the noodles feels more balanced and avoids having only starch on the table.

🧸 The business is doing well, and there may be a slight wait during meal times. It's not bad to eat, but I had stomach issues after eating the braised noodle twice, so it won't be my first choice for dining in the future.
