After trying it last year during the New Year, the elders at home thought it was great, so they ordered it again this year~ Indeed, it’s not bad!
❣️ Sashimi
This fish must have been sliced with a seven-star knife; it’s very fresh and tender, awesome! Inside there’s salmon, tuna, swordfish, and scallops.
Additionally, there’s another plate that seems to be an extra order, and it’s also very good!
❣️ Large Shrimp Rice Cake
Normally it’s made with red crab rice cake, but the red crab is already another dish, so this one is topped with large shrimp, which are huge, with lots of tender, sweet meat.
❣️ Red Crab
Cut in half, filled with crab roe.
It’s incredibly enjoyable; sea crabs really are so much more delicious than river crabs or lake crabs~ I’m talking about you, hairy crabs.
❣️ Shark Fin Soup
Its flavor is great, and it’s filled with plenty of ingredients, though there’s cilantro on top, which my sister absolutely hates 😂😂😂
❣️ Steamed Grouper
Grouper is a slightly more expensive fish, and steaming it with some ginger to remove the fishy smell makes it taste fresh and sweet, very nice!
❣️ Chicken Soup
Inside is a whole free-range chicken, very nice, the meat is tender, and the soup tastes pretty good!
❣️ Dessert
The dessert is peanut/sesame mochi.
Just taken out of the refrigerator, it’s a bit hard, but after about ten minutes, it becomes much softer.
