il FORNO del Mignon is a well-known croissant specialty store in Fukuoka Hakata Station. I originally put it on my to-eat list. I wanted to take the Shinkansen at 7:30 on Sunday morning, and I saw a lot of people from a distance. In line, follow the line now😂
It looks like there are two counters open. The one without queuing seems to have some less popular (?) flavors and items other than croissant, but they are hard to come by, so you still have to try the popular flavor: Plain. , Chocolate, Sweet Potato
The croissants are quite small, about two bites can be consumed, and the price has to be weighed. The price of each flavor is different. We bought 2 of each of the three flavors, a total of ¥390, an average of NT$13-14, which is ok.
Let’s talk about the conclusion first: Their croissant perfectly expresses what it means to be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. In terms of taste, my personal ranking is original flavor first, sweet potato second, and chocolate third.
The classic original flavor has the aroma of roasted flour, so be sure to buy the original flavor to try it; the chocolate flavor has a little chocolate sauce in it, but not so much that it will flow out, it is delicious but a bit ordinary; there is relatively little sweet potato. The croissant flavor I saw, the sweet potato filling inside is really sweet and there is quite a lot of it. I recommend you try it.
