🚩 Sunny Day Breakfast Shop - A Traditional Breakfast Made with Care

Today, I ventured away from my usual routine to have breakfast near the Hong Line Mingde Station. There aren't many breakfast shops around the MRT station; only a few chain stores and traditional breakfast places to choose from. I picked Sunny Day Breakfast Shop because I noticed the handwritten menu on the chalkboard.

The front half of the shop is for food preparation and ordering. After paying in cash, customers can wait in the back dining area for their meals. The staff will place the food at a small window, and diners need to pick it up and take it to their seats. The dining space is comfortable and clean, with sufficient air conditioning and lighting, featuring solid wood tables and glass tabletops. Traditional breakfast shops often have issues with shared spaces where everything smells greasy after eating, but this place has no such problem, and the dining experience is excellent.

Today, I ordered cheese scallion pancakes for $45. The pancakes were cooked just right, not too charred or hard, and paired with rich cheese. Although it's a basic option, it was delicious and very enjoyable while hot.
Soy Milk for $20: I chose unsweetened iced soy milk, which was quite thick and not bad at all.
