On the second floor of the Nantou rest area, if you turn left out of the elevator, you’ll see it. The tables next to you all have power outlets, which is nice🤣. The vegetarian options include rice and noodles (both come with half an egg). The owner also told us that the braised tofu can be made vegetarian. We ordered the Nantou Yi noodles (dry and soup) for 138$. We chose the dry noodles, which were super dry and tasteless—not sure if it was because there was too little sauce or what. Maybe the soup noodles would be better. I tried my friend's vegetarian mushroom braised pork rice for 148$, and that was much tastier; the rice soaked up the sauce, which was great 😋. You can order the braised tofu! It's quite a nice treat, slightly spicy, and the pickled vegetables on top were good—highly recommended!
