Initially, I thought the sauce for the mixed noodles was a bit lacking, but after having the Eight Treasure ingredients, I found them flavorful enough, so it was just right. The noodles are similar to knife-cut noodles, which I like, but unfortunately they were overcooked.

A classic taste with a good balance of fat and lean meat, the rice pairs perfectly with the gravy.
