After having dinner at the Sixth Market, I wanted to find a dessert, and I happened to come across this place. The owner was very enthusiastic in his introduction, so I decided to give it a try. I originally didn't know the difference between almond tofu and almond pudding, but the owner explained it very carefully: almond pudding is almond tofu plus peanut soup and almond tea, so you get to enjoy a combination of both.
Although a little sugar is added, it's not too sweet. The owner explained it's to balance the bitterness of the Northern almonds, and it contains both Northern and Southern almonds, so you get to taste both types. The almond flavor is quite strong but very natural, and paired with peanut soup and almond tea, the overall dish is delicious. 👍 The peanuts are cooked until soft but not mushy, maintaining a bit of texture, which friends who love peanut soup really enjoy and recommend. The almond tea is rich and tasty.
After having savory food at the Sixth Market, I recommend this place for dessert; it uses good ingredients.
