Cat interactions are done by reservation in person, with a reservation form available at the counter, offering sessions every hour for 20 minutes each. The cats have fixed resting times from 16:20 to 18:00, and after 19:20, the cat room closes and is no longer accessible. On weekends, additional sessions may be added depending on crowd levels. The dog interactions are much more flexible, allowing for engagement at any time, and the dogs are all very friendly.

There are plenty of meal options, including rice, noodles, fried food, and desserts, as well as drinks, smoothies, and coffee, with both Korean and Taiwanese styles available. The most unique feature is the rotating skewers; you place the skewers on a special device, and they cook themselves, allowing you to be hands-free.
