This restaurant is small and often crowded, but the table turnover rate is very fast. You must order the meat dumplings when you come here. There is some soup at the bottom of the meat dumplings, so they don’t taste too dry. The middle of the meat dumplings is minced meat, unlike the ones we usually know with egg yolks or pieces of meat inside.
The meat soup is relatively ordinary, not unpalatable but I don't think it has much highlights. The historical facts of Sishen Soup are also good, but there is more than half of the small intestine in the soup. It will be very painful if the small intestine is not eaten. But the soup is relatively light and medicinal, which is quite delicious!
As for the meat dumpling sauce, the garlic taste is a bit strong. It is a mixture of sweet noodle sauce and garlic, more like the kind that is topped with meatballs.
