The most classic Korean barbecue is its pork belly. Large pieces of pork belly are placed on the oven, and the oil sizzles.
When fried until slightly charred, cut it open with scissors and the aroma will overflow~
There is no need to dip it in any sauce, just wrap it with lettuce and add two pieces of garlic. It is very delicious.

The diaphragm is also a specialty of this restaurant. The store has already cut it for you. You just need to fry it for a while and let it reach half done.
It's just very delicious.

In addition, the owner of this store is Korean (not Chinese Korean), so the taste is very authentic!
Personally, I also think that the premium for Japanese-style barbecue in mainland China is too high, while Korean-style barbecue has more value.
