SUSHI ICHI

This restaurant was actually not in our plans.
We just happened to be passing by and were attracted by the appearance.
My friend and I really like Japanese sea urchin.
So I looked through the menu at the door.
I saw sushi that actually had sea urchin, so I decided I wanted to try it.

The overall decoration of the store is very Japanese🇯🇵
The store clerk is also very polite and courteous.
It feels like I suddenly arrived in Japan.
We ordered all options with sea urchin~~

This dish is a feast for the eyes and taste. While watching the chef cook it, I already thought it must be delicious. He added sea urchin, caviar, and some gold foil as decoration on top of the tuna! When you put it in your mouth, there is some pickled radish texture~ which enhances the overall umami taste! The taste is very good~

This dish is my first photo post! When it was served, I was completely shocked by the filling inside~ It used a lot of crab 🦀️meat and sea urchin to match it! Finally, add salmon roe - the whole freshness is perfectly enhanced! Very tasty!

People who like the beach probably don’t want to miss it~ It’s a sushi where you can enjoy the freshness and sweetness of sea urchin🍣

❤️Shrimp sushi🦐
We watched the commercials that were always playing on the TV in the store and thought this dish would be the same big prawns! When it came out, it turned out to be ordinary small fresh shrimps. The shrimps had a very solid texture. They were actually quite good!

Overall, I recommend it. If you get tired of Vietnamese food after visiting Vietnam, you can also try this Japanese restaurant!
