Besides a touristy river, we arrived and were welcomed with herby fragrance of their signature braised pork knuckles. It’s been being very well adored by the locals, from teens to elderly with family-friendly tastes.
The turnover rate is relatively fast. No doubt there are indoor and patio seats, but quite limited. The atmosphere is vibrant and unstoppable.
The braised pork knuckle was fairly tender without exaggeration indeed, it melted in our mouth. Customers can literally finish without munching, but using just their tongues to dissect the meat effortlessly and what left over are the cleaned little pieces of the bones. Moreover, there was a subtle herby taste with a little sweetness in the pork knuckles. We went with the readily available home-made chilly - acceptable spiciness which elevated the taste to another heavenly level.
Furthermore, please never forget to order a cup of icy cold sweet-n-sour plum juice, you will not regret it.
