🚩Geographical Location🧭
Located near the intersection of Dongrong Road and Section 2 of Zhongxing Road in the Dali District of Taichung City, the store occupies a fairly large area, and it looks like you can park about 3 cars in front, depending on luck.
🪑About the Overall Atmosphere🎡
The store has an overall black-themed decor, divided into a beverage area and a bakery area. There are about 6-8 tables on the porch, but almost everyone here seems to be a smoker; if you don’t like the smell of smoke, you should order quickly and go inside, otherwise it can get really stinky. It seems there is a 2nd floor that you can go up to, but I was doing takeout so I didn’t check it out. The indoor seating looks quite comfortable; it’s suitable for ordering a cup of coffee and reading a book to spend a relaxing afternoon.
💰About the Pricing💰
Coffee Cream Puff: $45, Sesame Milk Cream Olatte (unsweetened, less ice), and adding a bread costs an extra $75.
🍴About the Food☕
The milk cream in the drinks is rich, smooth, and glossy, and the combination of sesame and milk perfectly brings out the strong aromas of both; however, it seems that when the ice melts, the milk cream disappears—I’m not sure if I just drank it all. The coffee cream puff has a crispy outer layer; the cream is very delicate and the coffee flavor is fragrant. I initially thought the cream would be very sweet, but it is within an acceptable range.
🤨Conclusion♥
Excluding the strong stench from the many smokers outside, it’s easy to get influenced while ordering, but the overall environment and food are really good. It seems like every place has this issue and it’s hard to avoid; any outdoor tables and chairs seem to have this problem.
