This afternoon, I came to Shui Nan Aimai to shop for some daily necessities. After stimulating economic consumption, I wandered to the food court on the first basement level of Aimai to look for dinner options!
The B1 food court offers a variety of American, Korean, and Japanese cuisines, providing plenty of choices!
After browsing, I decided to try “Shu Tai Lao Set Meal.”
This chain Japanese set meal restaurant is quite well-known and is often spotted in various food districts!
The interior decor is full of a Japanese atmosphere, with wooden decorations and wooden tables and chairs, creating a very comfortable dining ambiance! My meal was served quickly, and I have included comments on my dining experience along with photos!
I hope that through my simple sharing, everyone can better understand the restaurant. This is a food recommendation I will return to~

🔸️ Japanese-style Fried Chicken Leg Set Meal $290 +10% As soon as the set meal is served, the aroma of the fried chicken leg fills the air — I can’t help but start salivating! The side dishes include shredded cabbage, pickled radish, seaweed, and a bowl of miso soup! However, only the shredded cabbage comes with the meal, and if you want the pickled radish and seaweed, you can request them from the waiter! The chicken leg is fried to a very high standard, with no excess flour coating at all. The thin, crispy outer layer envelops the shiny chicken leg meat, and I can’t wait to take a bite!

The white rice is very fluffy; with just a little bit of force from the chopsticks, it can be easily separated and picked up. The texture is moderately soft and firm, with a slight hint of sweetness. It’s a really good bowl of rice!

The main character is the chicken thigh, and you can see the chicken juice slightly oozing out from the cross-section. I took a big bite, filled my mouth with the meat, and felt very satisfied! The crispy texture of the skin paired with the tender, juicy chicken on the inside is really delicious! There's no need for too much seasoning; just a little bit of pepper and salt brings the sweetness of the chicken to another level! It’s perfect with rice 😋😋

The miso soup has a slightly salty taste, but it’s not overly salty. There’s a subtle sweetness in the aftertaste, making it overall smooth and delicious to drink!

The pickled radish is a bit unfortunate as it lacks crunchiness; overall, it feels too soft and watery! I didn't finish this side dish. Although it is a bit salty, it's still acceptable!

Desserts and frozen treats, the ice cream is very smooth and delicious. The slightly crunchy texture of the chocolate and its sweet flavor are a perfect match. After eating fried food, having a plate of this kind of ice treat is very refreshing!
