"Mommy Egg Waffles", which has been recommended by Michelin Street Food for six consecutive years, is one of Hong Kong's world-renowned specialties. It’s not difficult to get a satisfying meal because there are many Mommy’s Egg Waffles branches in Central, Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok, Wan Chai, Causeway Bay and other places. The most popular flavors in the store are original flavor (HK$20), chocolate chips, cheese, and purple sweet potato. The portion size is similar to that of other egg waffle and sandwich restaurants. It is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The taste is actually average, but it is cheap and filling. It's pretty good, but the saturated fat, low-density cholesterol, high sugar and other nasty food ingredients can encourage gourmets to commit chronic suicide. Therefore, it is not recommended to eat alone. It is better to share it with one or a few close friends (or love rivals, too).
