The omelette rice is the signature dish! When it's served, the staff will ask if you want to take a photo or video, and after confirming, they will cut open the egg and drizzle the sauce at your table.
The egg is smooth and tender, and paired with black truffle sauce, it gives the entire dish a rich aroma and texture. So halfway through, it can become a bit overwhelming 😂 But overall, I still really love the flavor of the black truffle omelette rice!

The fries are delicious! I was initially hesitant about ordering other flavors, but then thought about dipping them in the truffle sauce from the omelette rice 🤣 (I remembered that there would still be a lot of sauce left after eating the omelette rice, thanks to my friend’s reminder; you can just drizzle it directly instead of dipping.)
Actually, the original flavor is very good, and after finishing the omelette rice, I was already quite full, so it was really filling to slowly finish the fries with my friend 😂
