The noon sun in Kaohsiung is extremely harsh, so we came indoors. This is a dessert café located near the back of the train station. The air conditioning is cool enough, and I found this place to be really awesome!
The chocolate minced pork rice recommended by Bib Gourmand is truly delicious (before trying it, I wondered if the combination of sweet and savory would work, but once I took a bite, it was surprisingly amazing; adding chocolate enhances the flavor and aroma of the minced pork). The braised egg is very fragrant and flavorful, and the orange winter melon tea tastes like Hong Kong-style iced lemon tea, which is super refreshing~
The space is large with two floors, but the second floor feels more like a loft with a lower ceiling. It's very clean and comfortable inside, with several distinct seating areas, including spaces for individuals. This place is perfect for dating couples, friend gatherings, and even for work.
There are very few cafes of this quality in the back station area, and I will continue to support it on my next trip to Kaohsiung! Keep it up! 👏
