Today, I visited "Le San San Hot Pot" in Kaohsiung. The environment is clean and bright, and the seating area is quite comfortable, creating a warm atmosphere. The condiments section is well-stocked, with a variety of seasonings for you to choose from, allowing for personalized combinations. This time, I ordered sukiyaki, and the broth is mild and not overly salty. The spicy sauces and seasonings are carefully prepared by the restaurant, bringing a fresh and sweet taste. The meat slices are fresh, tender, and melt in your mouth, perfectly paired with vegetables and tofu, making it delicious and satisfying. The braised pork rice and noodles also look tempting, but I focused on the sukiyaki this time, and it didn't disappoint.
After the meal, I selected milk tea and ice cream. The milk tea is rich and smooth, with a balanced flavor of tea and milk, making it very pleasant to drink. The ice cream has a creamy texture, moderate sweetness, and melts slowly in your mouth, providing a perfect conclusion to the meal.
