<About the Meal 🥣>
I ordered half a chicken with some toppings, medium spicy, and asked for lemon (it’s rare to see lemon, so I wanted to give it a try).
The half chicken is bigger than my hand, the meat is very tender, and with the lemon juice, it gives a slightly sour taste that makes it very refreshing to eat.
For the toppings, I chose king oyster mushrooms, baby corn, apple, cabbage, Xin Xin sausage, and broccoli—personally, I recommend the Xin Xin sausage and broccoli, as they add a nice crunch to the texture; on the other hand, I wouldn't recommend the king oyster mushrooms, as they have a sour smell, but it seems this is typical for salted chicken's king oyster mushrooms (I've had the same experience at several places).
<About the Staff 👨🍳>
Although the owner is polite, there can be a hint of impatience, but I think it's still acceptable since it's rare for a boss to tell a customer, "The bamboo skewer is sharp, be careful when picking it up."
<About the Environment 🐾>
There isn't much space for parking and moving around, so those driving or riding should be especially careful.
