The pork bone flavor is very strong and quite salty, hard to drink the broth. I'm not sure if the saltiness and noodle hardness can be adjusted. There are a lot of noodles, which are very filling. Toppings include 3 pieces of char siu of varying sizes, which are a bit tough, soft wood ear mushrooms, and crunchy bamboo shoots.
🔺Chili Pepper Garlic Tonkotsu Tsuta Ramen $240
For those who like spicy food, it’s not spicy at all; otherwise, it’s pretty much the same as the Dazaifu version.

The dining area can seat about 30 people, and there were available seats when I arrived just in time.
Later arrivals will have to wait for a dining seat.
The self-service area has winter melon tea, ice water, utensils, napkins, and sauces.
