🧳 During the gap before heading abroad, I found myself looking for food in Area B of the airport. hómee KITCHEN is a dining brand under the Shenghengchang group. You order using machines on-site and pay by scanning a code, which is pretty intuitive. There are plenty of dining seats available, and it looks clean and tidy without any greasy smell. Overall, the environment is okay👌

🐷 I ordered the "Pickled Plum Braised Pork Rice Set," and the meat was served in big chunks with a perfect fat-to-lean ratio, braised thoroughly and tender, with a flavor that really complements the rice. The cabbage was rather ordinary, the sauce was slightly sweet but didn't enhance the flavor enough. The soup had mushrooms but didn't leave a memorable impression, and the pudding was super sweet🍮, perfect for a little sweet ending.
