The name is well-deserved. The four-bean sauce noodles are really delicious. In fact, they are an enhanced version of sesame sauce noodles. What I ate contained scallions, lard, and sesame seeds. The description said it had the taste of bean paste, but I didn’t feel it😊.

The noodles are not too rotten or too hard, just right. When you bring the noodles and stir them, the aroma comes out. It’s really fragrant. There are also a lot of leeks in the side dishes. I gave them so much because I plan to eat them at night. Who will die😢. Also, his noodles won’t make you feel tired until the end of the meal. Some sesame paste noodles can’t be eaten at the end, but his won’t.

As for the wonton soup, I think the wontons are pretty good. The highlight should be the soup, which is boiled with large bones until it turns milky white. This bowl of soup feels very nutritious.

As side dishes, I had shank meat and vermicelli liver today. A plate of side dishes costs 50 yuan, and the portion is quite large. The price is considered cheap in Taipei City, especially in this era when everything is rising.
The pink liver is very tender and delicious, and the shank meat is also above the standard.

The boss is very kind, has a smile on his face, and greets customers politely. This is really a plus.

Regarding parking, everyone parks randomly here. Well, if you really want to find a parking lot, there is a parking lot on Yanping North Road, but that parking lot is also within the scope of Yansan Night Market, so it is during meal time , it’s hard to get a location.

The time I had my meal today was nearly 2pm, and it was full. It was so full that there was no room. It was an exaggeration.
