Today I came to Jiang Yiding Hotpot on Juemin Road. Affordability and personalization are their main focus, and I do have it. As for the affordable price, it is a matter of opinion. The lowest price is 270 for the meat.
Today I ordered a stone soup base with a whole vegetable plate, and chose beef belly with extra meat. I have to say that the meat and soup are really good. Unfortunately, the sauce, whether it is sand tea or their homemade special sauce, is not particularly outstanding, resulting in the overall taste being mediocre. However, the meat is plentiful and delicious ($320).
In addition, add some fish dumplings for 3 pieces for 29... Forget about the handmade ones, they taste like laurel crowns. I ordered the fish dumplings for a good meal.
